Ihre Qualifikationen

Our European Distribution Team located in Hamburg is looking for a*n working student logitics and demand coordination for a period of one year with up to 20 h per week to support daily logistics and export customer service activities.

Your Role

Prepare and analyze logistics data (in Excel, SAP)
Follow-Up with European Third Party Logistics Provider (3PL) on operational open topics and performance (Good Issue und Goods Receipt Booking, inbound issues)
Support with IDOC management
Create open order reports for export countries and ensure best possible service product availability with internal stakeholder and 3PL
Act as an interface between warehouses and customers

You Identify Yourself With

Student in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration or Engineering at a German University or University of Applied Sciences, with first working experience or apprenticeship
Structural, exact and solution orientated way of working and structural and committed communication
Strong analytical and communicational skills
English fluent, further language such as German or Spanish nice to have
Good Excel and basic SAP (MM, SD) knowledge is an advantage
